Telegram bots and mini apps

Bots and mini apps for requests, catalogues, orders, payments and notifications. We connect them to the website, the CRM and the company’s other systems, so requests from the messenger do not get lost in chats.

Who it is for

Companies whose customers already write to them on Telegram — when orders and bookings should be taken right in the messenger, status updates sent there, or the team given an internal tool without a separate app.

What the client gets

A working bot or mini app, connected to your systems and payment services and deployed on a server. We hand over the source code, access and a guide to running it.

  1. Customer bots

Catalogue and orders, bookings, answers to common questions, request intake and status notifications.

  2. Mini apps

A full interface inside Telegram: catalogue, cart, profile and payment without installing a separate app.

  3. Payments

Telegram Payments, Stars and external payment services, depending on the task and the country.

  4. Links to your systems

Requests and orders reach the CRM, accounting and email, and status updates return to the customer in the chat.

  5. Internal bots

Notifications, approvals and summaries for staff where the team already talks.

Questions

How is a mini app different from a bot?

A bot holds a conversation through messages and buttons. A mini app is a web interface inside Telegram and works better for catalogues, carts and longer forms.

How is user data protected?

Data passed by Telegram is verified on the server, all traffic goes over HTTPS, and tokens and keys are kept outside the code.

Can the bot be connected to our CRM?

Yes: AmoCRM, Bitrix24 and other systems with an API. A request from the bot is created in the CRM, and the manager’s reply reaches the customer in the chat.
