The operator of this website and of the personal data collected through it is NDDEV, individual entrepreneur Danil Silantyev (BIN 010511501655), office 83, 164G Shevchenko Street, Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan. Contact for all privacy matters: danil@nddev.it.com.

Project inquiry and meeting request: your email address, message and preferred meeting time, and optionally your name and company. We use them to understand your task and reply to you.

Assistant: the messages you write and the answers you receive, to answer your questions about our published materials.

Technical data: an essential session cookie that links your requests to your browser and protects forms, and the network data needed to deliver the website securely.

Optional statistics: only after you agree, anonymous page events and performance measurements, without the text you type.

We process the data of an inquiry, a meeting request or an assistant conversation with your consent. You give it by ticking the consent box before sending a form, or by choosing "Agree and start" in the assistant. The version of this notice is recorded with your request.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to danil@nddev.it.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it. Without consent you can still write to us directly by email.

Your personal data is stored in a database in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The same data is also kept on our server in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, where the website runs: a request is accepted only after it has been stored in Kazakhstan.

Website traffic passes through the network of Cloudflare, Inc., which protects and delivers the site. Messages you write to the assistant are sent to an external AI model provider, xAI (United States), to prepare answers. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

The essential session cookie lives for at most seven days. Your browser stores your language, theme and statistics choices. The current assistant conversation can remain in this tab's session storage until the browser session ends. You can clear this data in your browser settings.

Statistics and performance measurements start only after you agree in the banner, and you can change your choice at any time with the statistics control in the footer. Declining does not affect the forms or the assistant. Raw events are kept for seven days and aggregated metrics for 180 days.

Inquiries and meeting requests are kept as business correspondence until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer needed for their purpose. Assistant conversation content becomes eligible for deletion after 30 days without activity. Records that prove what was requested and when, and your consent records, are kept for as long as needed to demonstrate lawful processing.

Under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection" you may request information about your data, its correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw consent. Send requests to danil@nddev.it.com from the address you used or with enough detail to identify your request; do not send passwords or other unnecessary sensitive data. We answer within the time limits set by law.

Version: privacy-2026-09-30. When this notice changes in substance, its version changes and new requests are recorded against the new version.
