Corporate systems
CRM, accounting modules, internal portals and staff workspaces. We bring requests, tasks, documents and reporting into one system with clear roles and access rights.
Who it is for
Companies whose processes have outgrown spreadsheets and messengers: requests get lost, data drifts apart between departments, and off-the-shelf CRMs do not fit the way the work is actually done.
What the client gets
A system built around your processes, with roles and access rights, deployed in the cloud or on your own servers. Acceptance criteria are fixed in the specification up front; at handover you receive the source code, the administrator guide and the deployment description.
CRM
Contacts, requests, deals and pipelines, tasks and the history of each client relationship — together with email and the website.
Accounting and operations
Inventory, orders, purchasing and document workflow modules where records follow your company’s own rules.
Internal portals
A staff directory, knowledge base, news, requests and employee self-service in one place.
Process automation
Task routing, approvals and deadline tracking instead of manual reminders and forwarded files.
Security and access
Roles and permissions, sign-in with the company’s single account, an audit log and data encryption.
Selected work
Libraries Almaty — a software system for the city’s libraries
The staff and administration interface, server-side services and infrastructure of a city library system.
Questions
Why not use an off-the-shelf CRM?
If an existing product covers the process, it is the better choice — and we will say so. A custom system pays off when the process is specific, when it has to work with your own software, or when owning the code and the data matters.
How does the system work with 1C and other software?
Through APIs and data exchange: 1C, Bitrix24, AmoCRM, email, the website. We define the integrations while analysing the task and fix them in the specification.
Can the system be developed in parts?
Yes. We build it as a modular monolith with clear module boundaries: we start with the key process and add modules without rewriting what already works.
