Integrations and software rollout
We roll out off-the-shelf software and connect the website, the CRM, 1C, payments and other services. We set up data exchange and migration to cut down manual work.
Who it is for
Companies whose data lives in several systems and is moved by hand: website orders are copied into accounting, payments are reconciled against statements, and the customer base drifts apart between departments.
What the client gets
Data exchange between your systems, configured with an operations log and retries on failure. We hand over the integration source code, a description of the data flows and access; keys and secrets are kept outside the code.
Accounting and CRM
1C, AmoCRM, Bitrix24 and other systems: two-way sync of orders, customers and statuses.
Payments
Kaspi, YooKassa, T-Bank, Stripe and other providers: one-off and recurring payments, refunds and receipts.
Services and messengers
Email and SMS, Telegram, maps, analytics and sign-in with Google, Apple or Yandex.
Data migration
Moving data from old systems and spreadsheets into the new system.
Reliable exchange
Queues, retries on failure, signature checks on incoming notifications and protection against double processing.
Selected work
Libraries Almaty — a software system for the city’s libraries
Server-side services connected to an external library cataloguing system, for the mobile app and the staff interface.
Abonmarket: the frontend of a membership marketplace
A marketplace frontend working through the client’s REST API; contract tests check the structure of the API responses.
Questions
What if a system has no API?
We find another route: scheduled exports, file exchange or an intermediate service. We name the option and its limits before work starts.
How do we know the exchange has stopped working?
Every call is logged, failures are retried automatically, and whatever still fails is reported the way you choose — by email or on Telegram.
Do you roll out existing systems or build your own?
Both. If off-the-shelf software covers the task, we roll it out and configure it; if not, we write the missing services.
