The discovery phase produces a concrete delivery package: technical specification, architecture decision records, risk assessment, and a phased delivery timeline with milestones.
We present a commercial proposal that includes fixed-scope pricing or time-and-material estimates depending on project predictability. You receive weekly progress reports from day one.
If you decide not to proceed after discovery, the specification and architecture documents are yours to keep. Discovery is a standalone deliverable.
