Our Start Process

Every engagement begins with a qualification call. We evaluate fit, scope clarity, and timeline expectations. If both sides align, we can start within 3-5 business days for scoped work.

For projects requiring discovery, we run a 1-2 week scoping phase that produces a technical specification, architecture outline, and delivery timeline. This phase is separately contracted and de-risks the main engagement.

Fast-start engagements work best when you already have a specification, wireframes, or a clear product brief. In that case, we skip discovery and move directly to delivery planning.
