We take over existing projects after a mandatory technical audit. The audit covers code quality, architecture patterns, test coverage, deployment pipeline, and security posture.
Based on the audit, we produce a risk report and a recommended action plan. Some projects are healthy enough for immediate feature work. Others need stabilization first: fixing critical bugs, adding test coverage, or modernizing the deployment pipeline.
We are transparent about what we find. If a codebase is beyond practical recovery, we will recommend a phased rewrite rather than patch work that accumulates tech debt.
